The day is based around a 4 mile walk from Hayfield in the Peak District National Park, past Twenty Trees and up to The Shooting Cabin, then on to Kinder Reservoir and back around to Hayfield. Prices are per person and group sizes are limited to a maximum of 4 people.
I will teach you how to use your camera on it’s manual setting giving full control over the type of scenes you capture resulting in a better quality image.
I will show you how to deal with different aspects of light, depth of field, composition & give you tips on what makes for good content. We will discuss how and when to use tri-pods, filters & types of lenses.
I will give you a guide to processing your images using Adobe Lightroom and show you techniques to enable you to reflect the scene as you remember it.
We will meet at our gallery Lomas & Lomas on Market St in Hayfield at 11am. We will spend a short while getting acquainted before setting off on our walk up to our first stop, Twenty Trees. We will then make our way up to The Shooting Cabin with a couple of stops in between and stop for our lunch. Then taking the path down to Kinder Reservoir making our final stop before making our way back to Hayfield where we will end the day looking over your images in Adobe Lightroom on the computer.
